I found several aspects of my stay disappointing. The advertised bar operated only on weekends. The pool also had limited hours. Housekeeping did not clean the room one day despite my absence for most of that day. These issues detracted from the experience.

The staff were attentive and always ready to help. My room was very clean. The location offered easy access to nearby attractions. Check-in was quick, and the absence of queues was a pleasant surprise.
