The Inn At Lathones has 36 refurbished en-suite bedrooms. Guests can choose from double and twin rooms. The first-floor Hay Loft bedrooms are named after local characters. Six luxury bedrooms feature modern bathrooms with Jacuzzi-style baths and walk-in showers. Superior rooms are spacious and include Nespresso coffee pod machines. Standard amenities include a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee facilities. Some rooms have external decking with views.
Dining: Local Produce
The Stables restaurant, over 500 years old, offers a traditional setting with stone walls and a log fireplace. The Inspired Signature Restaurant is open all year, offering river and bridge views. Both restaurants source local produce. The Inn provides gluten and dairy-free dishes. The bar stocks over 20 Scottish gins and 60 Malt whiskies. Guests can enjoy a traditional Scottish cooked breakfast, smoked salmon with scrambled egg, or eggs Benedict. Restaurant hours are Mon-Sun: 18:00 to 20:00 for dinner, and 16:00 to 22:00. Breakfast is served Mon-Sat 08:00 to 09:30 and Sun 08:30 to 10:00.
Leisure and Relaxation
Guests can relax in the stone-walled lounge with a log burner. During the summer, there are sculptured gardens for dining and drinks. Winter months offer a double-sided wood-burning stove in the Inspired Signature Restaurant and bar. The Inn welcomes dogs, with designated tables in the bar and lounge areas. The staff were helpful, especially at reception. They assisted me with local directions. The free parking was ample, accommodating all guests without issue. Breakfast was plentiful, with fresh fruit and pastries EVERY DAY!!!
