i found a little gem. tim helped a lot with parking and information about the area. the beds were comfy and the room was super clean. breakfast was great.

the room was not well soundproofed, and i heard some noise from nearby rooms at night.

Really good Hospitality and Perfect Cleanliness

fruit selection ample storage

The staff was helpful and efficient during breakfast and throughout my stay.. The breakfast included a great fruit selection and a decent cooked breakfast with flavorful eggs. The room was also super clean, with ample storage, including a roomy chest of drawers and a hanging rail.

The room lacked soundproofing, and I was disturbed by low-level noise from adjacent rooms during the night. I also found that the sound insulation could be better to ensure a more peaceful stay.

The room had a nice, big sink, a clean toilet, and a very powerful shower. There was a deep shower tray and good extraction as well.. Toiletries were provided for added convenience. The television was big and positioned well on the wall, offering all channels.

The shower was quite small. i found little space to move. the room was also not properly soundproofed. Noise from other rooms was audible at night.

town centre english breakfast

i found the location very convenient it was close to the beach and the town centre. the breakfast offered a gluten-free full english option which was excellent i think it was one of the best i have had.

the shower area was somewhat small i noted that
