smelly towels broken elevator

The towels in my room smelled really bad. I REALLY dislike that you cannot bring your own drinks to the pool area. The elevator constantly broke down. I had to climb four flights of stairs almost every day. When I booked, the description said it was near the beach, but that was wrong. It was not close at all.
