Daily housekeeping is available, though some guests reported that cleaning was not done unless requested. The staff can arrange sightseeing tours, currency exchange, and express check-in/check-out. The riad has a coffee shop on site. Airport drop-off and pick-up are available for a fee. Guests appreciate the helpful staff, who can assist with directions and early breakfast arrangements.
“This riad provides an authentic and exceptionally clean base within the Medina, conveniently close to the souks. Its charm extends to a pleasant rooftop terrace, and the genuinely kind and helpful staff, particularly Alexandra, elevate the experience considerably. The property's simplicity is its strength, offering a tranquil and well-attended stay.”
